coil tubing services
Coiled Tubing (CT) is a continuous length of slender steel pipe, typically ranging from 1 to 3.25 inches (25 to 83 mm) in diameter, wound on a substantial reel. Alongside surface equipment, it encompasses various techniques for drilling, completion, workover, or remediation in the oilfield. Originally designed for live, producing wells, Titanium’s Coiled Tubing oilfield technology has evolved to become a versatile solution for well interventions. Its applications extend to operations in oil and gas wells, and in some instances, it serves as production tubing in depleted gas wells. Coiled tubing provides a flexible and efficient alternative to wireline operations, but in conjunction, offers a broader range of options and increased flexibility in the field.

Trailer Mounted CT Units
trailer-mounted deep-hole high-capacity coil tubing units designed for extensive well interventions requiring larger amounts of coiled tubing to achieve deeper depths.
e-Coil CT Units
An e-coil tubing unit integrates electrical conductors within the coiled tubing for advanced downhole monitoring and operations.
Clean-Outs
Sand cleanout, N2 cleanout with nitrogen, or foam cleanout to enhance well productivity using coiled tubing to remove obstructions like sand, debris, or other materials from the wellbore.
Mill/Drill-Outs
running coiled tubing into the wellbore with milling/drilling bottom hole tools (BHA) to remove bridge plugs, fac ports, cement, or casing deformations
Ranging Operations
coil tubing unit equipped electric wireline capabilities for Remote Temperature Monitoring (RTM) when paired with magnetic ranging directional drilling tools for active ranging.
Sleeve Shifting
coiled tubing unit used to move sliding sleeves within the wellbore, opening or closing them to control fluid flow and access different production zones.
Abandon-It
The Abandon-It System Is Designed To Deliver A 1 Step Well Abandonment With Minimal Footprint And Maximum Value eliminating the need for conventional cementers, fluid haulers and a tool hand.
Complete It
The Complete-It System Is Designed To Complete Wells Running DTS-Distributed Temperature Survey Equipment For Accurate Monitoring And Profiling Of Thermal And SAGD Wells.
Coiled Tubing Services
Titanium Energy Services provides reliable quality services with innovative tools and equipment for effective results.
Integrated Foam Clean Out Solutions
running coiled tubing into the wellbore using environmentally friendly solvents to remove sand, wax, proppant and other debris from the wellbore
Integrated Clean Out Solutions
running coiled tubing into the wellbore using environmentally friendly solvents and N2 to remove sand, from the wellbore
Integrated Mill Out Solutions
running coiled tubing into the wellbore with milling bottomhole tools (BHA) to remove bridge plugs, fac ports, cement, or casing deformations
Integrated Drill Out Solutions
running coiled tubing into the wellbore with drilling bottomhole tools (BHA) to obstruction or casing deformations
Through Tubing Cleanout
running coiled tubing into the production string to remove sand, wax, proppant and other debris from the tubing
Abandonment Solutions
Running wireline and tools into the wellbore to temporary or permanently abandon or shut in wells at the end of their life cycle or that have become uneconomical to maintain
E-Coil RTD
Running the Resistance Temperature Detector Tool into the designated adjacent wellbore with coiled tubing paired with the MGT directional drilling tool in drilling operations.
CBM Fracturing
N2 is sometimes used in lower pressure formation during frac to energize the formation. This helps with fluid flow back post frac and degreases the amount of fluid required to frac.
Service Capabilities
Titanium family consist of nearly 200 people across our intervention service branches. Our average experience is over 5 years per person. Titanium is capable of R&D of advanced tubing technologies, development of in well tools, as well as on-site operations. Titanium offers a full set of engineering services and has applied these technologies throughout Canada.Â
