diverse well intervention solutions, including: Coil Tubing, Electric Coil, Wireline,
Nitrogen Purging & Fluid Pumping services. Our upstream solutions specialize in
tool deployment, data acquisition and well intervention projects. We pride

in Lloydminster.
What we do:
Our Wireline Supervisors play a vital role overseeing our day-to-day field
operations for our Wireline Division. The responsibilities for this position will
encompass a range of tasks related to field safety compliance, supervision of
Wireline Operators, and management of equipment. The individual in this role will
be accountable to report to both our Wireline Division Manager and coordinators.
Wireline Supervisors will be accountable for a broad range of responsibilities
including, but not limited to:
Implementation of effective measures to prevent accidents and incidents by
leveraging in-depth knowledge acquired in the field.
Ensuring that communication regarding crew, equipment, and job-related
information is conducted effectively and relayed to management in a timely
manner.
Collaboration in sharing suggestions for continuous improvement and
training initiatives with both our crews and management team.
Maintain compliance of field employees with operational policies and
procedures in order to accomplish safety goals.
Ensure that all interactions with customers and third-party providers are
conducted in a positive and respectful manner.
Offer Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) technical assistance to field
teams and leadership as required.
Oversee and direct designated team, equipment allocations, and timetables
to ensure client expectations are fulfilled.
Efficiently finalize service orders and handle billing paperwork for
customers, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail.
The desired candidate for this position should demonstrate exceptional
interpersonal, relationship building, verbal, and written communication skills. It is
essential for them to have the ability to interact effectively and collaborate
comfortably with customers, crew members, and management personnel. The
candidate must exhibit strong leadership capabilities, mentoring expertise, and
delegation skills. Additionally, they should be adept at managing multiple tasks by
prioritizing efficiently, while still maintaining meticulous attention to detail and
composure even in high-pressure situations. It is important to note that this
position is classified as safety sensitive.

Meal of $51/day for individuals traveling outside of the district Personal
Protective
Equipment (PPE) shall be made readily available to every newly appointed
employee.
Our personnel are also entitled to participate in our fuel discount program.
Schedule:
Fifteen (15) days on and six (6) days off.
Education and Experience:
Candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing a
wireline crew
Candidate will also possess a broad knowledge base for all wireline logging
(GR, CNL, RCBL, etc.) and perforating operations
Valid Class 1A(AZ) or 3A(DZ) license required
