What we do: Our Wireline Supervisors play a vital role overseeing our day-to-day fieldoperations for our Wireline Division. The responsibilities for this position willencompass a range of tasks related to field safety compliance, supervision ofWireline Operators, and management of equipment. The individual in this role willbe accountable to report to both our Wireline Division Manager and coordinators. Wireline Supervisors will be accountable for a broad range of responsibilitiesincluding, but not limited to:ï‚· Implementation of effective measures to prevent accidents and incidents byleveraging in-depth knowledge acquired in the field.ï‚· Ensuring that communication regarding crew, equipment, and job-relatedinformation is conducted effectively and relayed to management in a timelymanner.ï‚· Collaboration in sharing suggestions for continuous improvement andtraining initiatives with both our crews and management team.ï‚· Maintain compliance of field employees with operational policies andprocedures in order to accomplish safety goals.ï‚· Ensure that all interactions with customers and third-party providers areconducted in a positive and respectful manner.ï‚· Offer Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) technical assistance to fieldteams and leadership as required.ï‚· Oversee and direct designated team, equipment allocations, and timetablesto ensure client expectations are fulfilled.ï‚· Efficiently finalize service orders and handle billing paperwork forcustomers, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail.The desired candidate for this position should demonstrate exceptionalinterpersonal, relationship building, verbal, and written communication skills.
